• Clause 4.1 of the Unallocated Account Agreement was amended to add book-entry transfer of Bullion to an unallocated account with another custodian of the Trust's Precious Metal as a permitted transfer type
• Instructions for transfers to another custodian's unallocated account must be received by HSBC no later than 3:00 p.m. (London time) on the Withdrawal Date, or 3:30 p.m. (London time) when London is and New York is not on daylight savings time
