Terms of Service Effective Date: April 25, 2025 Welcome to Portolio (https://portolio.app), a web platform designed to help you create custom KPIs and track your investment ideas. Use of the Platform Portolio provides tools for creating and tracking custom KPIs in your investment watchlists. When you purchase a package, you gain access to the platform and its tools. You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account. 2. User Content and Ownership You retain ownership of any KPIs, watchlists, or data you create. However, any custom KPIs uploaded to the platform may be accessible by other subscribers. You may delete your data, KPIs, and watchlists at any time. 3. Data Collection We collect the following personal information: - Name - Email - Payment information - Optional: Brokerage information, including position sizing and total portfolio value We also collect non-personal data via cookies to improve user experience.
